Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the promotion of residential and commercial properties available for lease.
  • Respond promptly to rental inquiries and coordinate property viewings.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing application process.
  • Assist new tenants during their move-in experience.
  • Oversee the management of various commercial spaces, including retail and office environments.
  • Conduct annual lease renewals and ensure compliance with leasing agreements.
  • Calculate and manage annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charge reconciliations.
  • Handle the leasing of vacant commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.

Additional Duties:

  • Address tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance requests, escalating issues to property management when necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants through various channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve property visibility and attractiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in property leasing, sales, or real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing practices, fair housing regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience in leasing commercial retail, office, and restaurant spaces is preferred.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $25, along with opportunities for commissions and bonuses.
