    • Support ad-hoc requests from IDPs, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Emergency Services (5%):
    • Coordinate with teams to respond to urgent tasks and requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to sales operations.
    • Support store resets and in-store promotional activities, ensuring effective execution and maximum impact.
    • Provide emergency services and support to retailers as needed, ensuring seamless customer experience.
    Job Complexity/Scope:
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
    • Solve complex problems and issues, requiring creative and effective solutions.

    Job Specifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 0-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Advanced Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    Working Conditions:
