Key Responsibilities- Retail Engagement (60%):
- Monitor and ensure compliance with retailer expectations and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on volume opportunities.
- Resolve disputes and issues with retailers in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and implement retailer engagement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- IDP Engagement (35%):
- Establish and maintain relationships with Independent Distribution Partners (IDPs), providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with IDPs on problem-solving and issue resolution, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Communicate retailer expectations and requirements to IDPs, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Support ad-hoc requests from IDPs, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Emergency Services (5%):
- Coordinate with teams to respond to urgent tasks and requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to sales operations.
- Support store resets and in-store promotional activities, ensuring effective execution and maximum impact.
- Provide emergency services and support to retailers as needed, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Solve complex problems and issues, requiring creative and effective solutions.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to inform decision-making and drive sales performance.
- Provide real-time feedback and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
This role requires frequent travel and relocation, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and flexibility.
Physical Demands:The employee must frequently stand, walk, and lift heavy objects, requiring a high level of physical stamina and endurance.
