Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:Identify and target potential clients in the semiconductor sector within New England.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.Generate new leads through networking, industry events, and market research.Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding flow control systems and solutions.Understand and articulate the technical aspects and benefits of our products to clients.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product features and capabilities.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.Address client inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues in a timely manner.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.Sales Process Management:Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to clients.Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.Market and Product Knowledge:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in flow control systems.Provide feedback to the company on market needs and product improvements.Reporting and Administration:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM software.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on industrial flow control systems or a related field.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Strong technical knowledge of flow control products, systems, and applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand and address complex client needs and technical requirements.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Attributes:Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Willingness to travel within the New England region as required.
