Regional Sales Manager for New England Waterproofing Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with distribution partners and independent reps to drive sales growth
- Call on Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Contractors to introduce and technically consult for waterproofing and roofing projects
- Utilize the company's CRM to track sales opportunities and report on sales performance
- Visit project sites to review conditions for material application and offer scopes of work and specifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
- Monitor competition and gather market information on pricing and products
- Conduct group presentations and participate in trade organizational events
