Job OverviewAs a highly motivated sales professional, you will be responsible for launching and developing the New England Region for KEMPER SYSTEM AMERICA, INC.'s liquid applied waterproofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with distribution partners and independent reps to drive sales growth
  • Call on Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Contractors to introduce and technically consult for waterproofing and roofing projects
  • Utilize the company's CRM to track sales opportunities and report on sales performance
  • Visit project sites to review conditions for material application and offer scopes of work and specifications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Monitor competition and gather market information on pricing and products
  • Conduct group presentations and participate in trade organizational events
