Job Summary

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and maintenance of Dynatrace for monitoring system performance and reliability.

Oversee the development and execution of SRE practices to ensure system stability and scalability.

Provide comprehensive performance validation to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system.

Utilize Python to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance monitoring tools and practices.

Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.

Develop and maintain documentation for system performance and reliability processes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system reliability and performance.

Monitor system metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on system health and performance.

Implement proactive measures to prevent system outages and improve uptime.

Train and mentor junior engineers on SRE practices and performance validation techniques.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical system issues.

Continuously evaluate and improve system performance through regular testing and validation.

-Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Dynatrace for system monitoring and performance analysis.

Demonstrate expertise in SRE practices to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Have a proven track record in performance validation and bottleneck resolution.

Exhibit proficiency in Python for automation and process improvement.

Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment is crucial.

A proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues is necessary.

Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation is important.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Python Performance Validation Dynatrace SRE

This role requires 8 to 10 years of experience

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 to $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
