Position Type

Full-time contract

Role Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes a multidisciplinary, collaborative methodology to plan, design, develop, and validate a lifecycle balanced system of systems and solutions.
  • Assesses customer and operational requirements to define and synchronize system performance criteria, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility across all physical, functional, and program interfaces.
  • Conducts various analyses to enhance the overall system architecture.
  • Implements evaluations for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory compliance, certification, product assurance, and other quality factors to achieve mission success.
  • Oversees the planning, organization, execution, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk assessment, issue resolution, opportunity management, and technology readiness evaluations.
  • Addresses and resolves cross-functional technical challenges.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-8 years of experience as a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE).
  • 2-8 years of experience in developing and deriving requirement specifications.
Compensation:

Pay Range: $75.00 to $85.00 per hour, based on experience.
