Maintenance Coordinator

Duration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, 40hrs/week. Overtime is based on department and company needs.

Shift/Work Days: First Shift. Maintenance Office hours are 7am - 5pm but are subject to change and based on department and company needs.

Monday through Saturday. Weekends could be required but are based on department and company needs.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must be organized and detail orientated.
  • Must be able to work well with others.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast pace/high pressure environment.
  • Experience with Inventory and purchasing of parts for a maintenance department is required.
  • Experience with a preventative maintenance program highly preferred.
  • Must be able to drive fork lift and company vehicle and be able to pick up 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to execute and operate maintenance program (Will Train).
  • Must be able to communicate parts needs to Maintenance Manager.
  • Must be able to keep and predict usages of oil, grease, etc.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
    • Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, along with assisting the Maintenance Department Manager.
    • This position will also help with Purchasing, maintaining parts room, inventory and Preventative Maintenance program.
    • Checking in of materials, logging in. Checking in, checking out.
    • Inventory Management experience.
    • Some mechanical experience, preferred.
    • Keep bin stocks at acceptable levels.
    • Keep incoming parts labeled and put in correct bins.

      Education: No Minimum Education Level Requested. Must be 18 years of age or older.
