**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds, including kitchen equipment, light carpentry, plumbing fixtures, and painting.
  • Coordinate facilities projects with minimal guidance, including light construction, moving equipment/waste, and documentation.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with maintenance and cleaning-related projects.
  • Conduct regular building, equipment, and facilities inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to community members and co-workers.
  • Ensure compliance with established City Market procedures and practices regarding operations, sales, safety, and security.

**Requirements**

  • One year of maintenance or contracting experience, or three years of custodial experience.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
