Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery and collection of all equipment and accessories, ensuring timely support for sales and service installations to meet client expectations.
- Welcome clients with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Keep a comprehensive driver’s log and conduct daily vehicle inspections to guarantee safe transportation operations in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Maintain a clean driving record as mandated by DOT standards.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles to ensure the secure handling of all equipment.
- Account for all unused toner during machine retrievals.
- Comply with company and OSHA safety policies to mitigate risks and prevent injuries.
- Oversee the proactive maintenance and repair of Konica Minolta delivery vehicles.
- Manage the breakdown and disposal of cardboard and packing materials associated with products.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist the Inventory/Warehouse Administrator in processing client toner orders.
- Support the Inventory/Warehouse Administrator in receiving inventory from suppliers.
- Assist with facility requests, such as moving furniture and replacing light bulbs, as necessary.
- Engage in training provided by Konica Minolta.
- Propose recommendations for process enhancements to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in driving and installing equipment.
- A valid DOT medical card is advantageous.
- Experience assisting an Inventory/Warehouse Administrator.
- Prior experience in truck driving.
- Experience in moving heavy equipment; familiarity with stair-climbers is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
