Position Overview

Are you passionate about maintaining high-performance machinery? Rhino Foods Inc. is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to enhance our Maintenance Team.

Your Role at Rhino Foods:

  • Leverage your expertise in the upkeep and troubleshooting of advanced packaging machinery, including flow wrappers, bagging systems, case erectors, and sealing devices, to ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automation technologies and robotic systems to streamline operations and boost production capabilities.
  • Employ your diverse skills in building trades, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and mechanical system installation, to uphold a productive manufacturing environment.
  • Apply your proficiency in programmable logic controller (PLC) troubleshooting and basic programming to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate your electrical troubleshooting abilities to maintain motors, variable frequency drives, and interlocked systems, utilizing your understanding of both PLC and relay logic for effective resolution of issues.
  • Showcase your welding and fabrication skills, including tungsten inert gas welding and sanitary welding, along with experience in mill and lathe operations, to ensure our machinery remains in excellent condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, especially within the food production sector.
  • Proven ability in systematic troubleshooting, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis, reflecting your commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
  • Strong background in PLC troubleshooting and a solid grasp of entry-level programming will be advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and significant experience in welding and fabrication techniques are highly regarded.
