The Director of Strategy to Action will play a critical role in translating high-level strategies into actionable plans that drive operational excellence and align with the organization's Long Range Strategy (LRS). This role will require a strategic problem solver with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital product transformation, continuous improvement (CI), and transformational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution :

  • Develop and implement actionable plans that bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily operational output.
  • Ensure alignment of digital CI and transformational efforts with the LRS objectives.

Operational Connectivity and Inclusion:

  • Foster strong, functional relationships with leadership teams (LTs), sites, Digital Transformation and Innovation (DTI), Finance, and HR.
  • Enhance team connectivity to high-level objectives and ensure teams are well-informed on strategy.

Performance and KPI Management:

  • Translate strategies into clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Work closely with product teams to deliver on these KPIs and recommend changes if impacts are not realized.
  • Track progress and socialize results through inclusive cross-site collaboration.

Capability Building :

  • Identify and hire accountable talent to build out strategy execution capabilities.
  • Integrate new hires into teams and drive clarity on stepwise approaches and actionable plans.

Resource Allocation and Improvement Initiatives:

  • Highlight areas where resource allocation needs to evolve to meet financial and production commitments.
  • Quantify operational improvements needed to deliver high-level goals and allocate product teams to targeted KPIs.

Digital Innovation and Financial Literacy:

  • Explore and assess digital innovations to support portfolio prioritization.
  • Work closely with the finance team to understand targets and financial commitments, ensuring value realization across the operation's ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of business performance experience OR
  • Master's degree and 7 years of business performance experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of business performance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, or related roles within a large organization.
  • Proven track record of translating high-level strategies into actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Financial literacy and experience in managing budgetary constraints and resource allocation.
  • Ability to navigate and lead in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement methodologies.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
