Position Summary:
The Operations Research Analyst will play a key role in designing, developing, and documenting processes to evaluate and enhance business performance. This individual will gather and maintain performance metrics while recommending improvements to existing processes. The role will also involve providing technical support in the company's contracts by analyzing relevant data. The Analyst will contribute to contract deliverables and presentations using database applications and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to define and enhance standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and policies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports related to performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving performance and productivity.
  • Provide accurate interpretations of data, utilizing knowledge for evaluation and analysis.
  • Establish effective methodologies for data collection, analysis, and presentation.
  • Engage with management and/or clients to clarify product specifications.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and management.
  • Effectively convey results to management and/or clients.
  • Deliver data products in report or presentation format, adhering to management and/or client specifications and timelines.
  • Identify system or process issues and engage the team in problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering fields (required).
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations research beyond entry-level (required).
  • Experience in quality management (preferred).
