The IT Performance Manager is tasked with the development and maintenance of IT operational process standards to ensure performance aligns with Service Level Requirements (SLRs). This role encompasses the ongoing assessment of system and application availability, as well as service desk efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics across all IT and Cyber support services for a Federal client, compiling and presenting performance data, and facilitating performance analysis. In this capacity, you will collaborate with service owners and technical leads to establish and document service levels, assess discrepancies, and propose corrective measures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in IT Project Management or IT Performance Management
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Service Level Requirements (SLRs)
  • Possession of Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading and motivating team members to ensure project success
  • Background in establishing IT performance metrics, along with data collection and reporting
  • Ability to create and present performance dashboards to communicate performance insights
  • Experience managing a service desk and help desk for IT applications or network support
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of leadership and technical subject matter experts, including senior-level Federal clients
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or ITILv3/4 Certification

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; Secret clearance is mandatory.
