Position Overview:

Are you a seasoned professional in IT performance management eager to redefine operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated leader to steer a team that crafts innovative technical solutions. As a pivotal figure in project management, you will engage with clients to align their strategic objectives with our capabilities, while also fostering the growth of our team members.

The IT Performance Manager will be tasked with the development and upkeep of IT operational standards to ensure compliance with Service Level Requirements (SLRs). This role involves ongoing assessment of system and application availability, as well as service desk performance metrics. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance indicators across all facets of IT and Cyber support services for a Federal client, facilitating data collection and performance analysis. Collaborating with service owners and technical leads, you will define service levels, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective measures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in IT Project Management or IT Performance Management.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leading teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Expertise in establishing baseline IT performance metrics and reporting on performance data.
  • Proficient in creating and presenting performance dashboards.
  • Experience managing IT service desks or help desks.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of leadership and technical subject matter experts, including senior Federal clients.
  • Top Secret clearance is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITILv3/4 are advantageous.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
