Membership Services Account Executive

Essential Functions
- Provide first-class customer service to current and new Season Ticket Members.
- This position will assist the Ticket Sales team with selling additional tickets to current Season Ticket Members and Group Sales, which includes prospecting, appointment setting, sales presentations, and closing sales.
- Meet and/or exceed departmental and personal season ticket renewal and revenue goals.
- Provide leadership for season ticket retention, new ticket sales, and service initiatives.
- Support the sales team through lead generation, research, attending networking, and staffing the ticket sales table at events.
- Assist in organizing and executing annual Season Ticket Member events.
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days.
- The candidate will be accountable for certain activity levels (calls/appointments/emails) and goals.
- The candidate will possess an optimistic team-first attitude, and a competitive desire to be the best.
- Responsible for sales table and assisting Members during San Diego Seals home games.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of prior sales experience, sports ticket sales preferred.
- Prior experience with ticketing systems (AXS preferred) and CRM (HubSpot preferred) is highly desired.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-level clients.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
Compensation is hourly/non-exempt - $20.00 per hour + commission
