Account Executive, Membership Services

As an Account Executive, Membership Services, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our member base, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our member base through personalized communication and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve established new business sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the sports industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
