As the Vice President of Demand Management, you will lead our global demand generation strategy and execution to meet revenue growth targets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll develop scalable initiatives aligned with strategic business priorities across various segments and industries. Serving as a strategic advisor to the sales organization, you'll identify pipeline gaps and devise execution plans to bridge them effectively. Additionally, you'll leverage insights to drive structured sales and partner programs, align closely with marketing efforts, and oversee demand generation initiatives through effective leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement operational strategies.
  • Utilize market insights to recommend high-value sales programs tailored to specific industry focuses and target accounts.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for sustainable growth and performance evaluation.
  • Develop a global framework for demand management across regions and segments.
  • Analyze revenue trends and define strategies to meet short and long-term goals.
  • Establish a governance model and framework to support the success of the Inside Sales team.
  • Assist sales teams in developing and executing effective revenue growth plans.
  • Create an integrated demand plan spanning partners, sales, and marketing.
  • Oversee the development and rollout of demand management framework and sales playbook.
  • Scale and lead the demand management team to drive pipeline programs and meet targets.
  • Lead insights, reporting, and execution of demand priorities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure demand plans meet or exceed KPI and pipeline targets.
  • Track and communicate team goals, KPIs, and program performance, leveraging learnings for strategy.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in software industry leadership roles.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on business imperatives and risk considerations.
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with large technology companies is advantageous.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for innovation or collaborating with creative teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Self-starter capable of independent work and leadership.
  • Understanding of various Go-To-Market models and demand planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement within organizational objectives.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams in global environments.
  • Proficiency in leveraging financial and operational metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional oral and written executive communication skills

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

166,500 USD

Maximum :

264,300 USD
