Position Summary:
The Logistics Specialist plays a crucial role in the operational workflow, ensuring that all shipping and receiving tasks are executed with accuracy and efficiency.

• Execute daily tasks related to the shipping, labeling, and packaging of client orders in a timely manner.
• Confirm the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against relevant documentation.
• Ensure that all outgoing shipments comply with customer requirements.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the shipping, labeling, and packaging processes for customer orders.
• Verify shipment information against records to ensure accuracy.
• Understand and follow instructions with precision.
• Participate in cross-training for various logistics functions as required.
• Follow departmental procedures and maintain safety compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations and data entry.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
