Job Title: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front office, manage guest services, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Duties:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and maintain procedures for night audit processes to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Monitor security measures and respond to any incidents or emergencies effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Prepare reports on front office operations for management review

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is required
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hotel/resort operations and guest services practices
