Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. This includes operating the switchboard, handling visitor inquiries, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the switchboard and handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle visitor inquiries and provide information on our facilities and services
  • Assist with conference room activities, including reservations and food and beverage orders
  • Implement security policies and procedures for arriving and departing visitors
  • Act as a Hospitality Services resource for guests, visitors, and employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
