POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Greeting guests and checking them into and out of the hotel.
Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and nearby attractions.
Processing payments and maintaining guest records.
Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
PHYSICAL:


• Ability to work alone in an established routine.


• Ability to follow instructions.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE:Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and hotel management systems.
Prior experience with [specific hotel management software/system] is a plus.
Multilingual skills are advantageous.
