Overview:

The Maximo Training Coordinator / Document Controller plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating engineering documentation across the global engineering organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of engineering documents while also managing the documents from creation through approval. This role also supports the global Maximo team and assists with the administration and coordination of Maximo training material.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business partners and content experts to ensure procedures are created, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner.Coordinate with global engineering teams to ensure consistent document management practices and adherence to standards.Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure document control processes are effective and compliant.Provide support for document-related queries and issues, including version control and access permissions.Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and materials for Maximo users.Monitor the effectiveness of Maximo training programs, gathering user feedback and recommending improvements to training content and delivery.Maintain documentation related to training activities and user feedback to improve training programs and system utilization.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.Own submission sites for Veeva and Maximo through sharepoint sites as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues within as applicable. Basic Requirements: Minimum of five year's advanced experience working within Maximo.
Additional Skills/Preferences:Advanced organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.Experience in developing and delivering training programs.Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team setting.Working knowledge of Veeva application.
Additional Information:This position is for the dayshift. Core business hours are 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. Flextime schedules based on personal and business needs. Some extended hours required to meet project deadlines.Less than 10% travel may be required.
