OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional service support for all inbound call queues. This support must be conducted in a professional manner including accuracy and timeliness of the information, along with providing a positive experience for our internal and external customers.

DUTIES:

  • Handle incoming calls from members, clients, and medical facilities related to scheduling, modifying, and canceling transportation request
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards callers at all times
  • Adhere to and ensure all company policies are followed
  • Provide customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no shows, and reassignment to a new transportation provider if necessary
  • Defuse customer escalations by offering assurance of help to resolve issues.If unable to resolve, ensure proper escalation procedures are followed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess valid authorization to work in the United States required
  • High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • One-year related customer service experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and/or database software preferred.Basic computer skills are required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT QULIFICATIONS:

  • Must undergo a pre-employment drug test
  • Must sign a background check release
  • Must complete and sign the employment application in its entirety.

The majority of the work is accomplished indoors and in well-ventilated facilities. The employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.The noise level in the environment is moderate.
