Role Summary:

The Front Desk Sales Representative plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations within the Front Desk department. This position is key to delivering outstanding customer service and promoting sales initiatives while upholding the integrity of the Crunch brand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in membership sales
  • Respond to inquiries from potential members and guests regarding services
  • Welcome all members and guests warmly
  • Manage check-in procedures for members and guests
  • Utilize club software for member check-in
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicate special events and promotions to members
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all members
  • Address member requests or escalate to management as needed
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Promote and sell retail products
  • Schedule member services and personal training sessions
  • Process payments for member services according to company policies
  • Familiarize yourself with club facilities, services, and schedules
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by management
  • Adhere to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Participate in employee training sessions
