Job Overview

As the initial point of contact for visitors, you will interact with flight departments from major corporations and distinguished clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to the management of corporate aircraft, cargo, and passenger charters, as well as general aviation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Coordinate hotel and catering arrangements for incoming and outgoing flights.
  • Handle customer transactions, including purchases and fuel orders.
  • Collaborate with line service staff and pilots to ensure all service requirements are fulfilled.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Completion of high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
