Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Upsell programming and services to members and guests, utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to team sales efforts, meeting membership goals and increasing activity engagement.
  • Assist in member retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Ensure all communications, requests, and duties are met in a professional, timely, and confidential manner.
  • Report customer concerns and requests to the appropriate departmental supervisor, following up to ensure service is complete.
  • Assist security and management with emergency situations, completing incident report forms as directed.
  • Ensure revenues are handled according to policies and procedures, collecting membership fees, selling day passes, and issuing guest passes.
  • Cross-train on policies and procedures regarding Scholarships, providing support when needed.
  • Maintain the Welcome Desk and assigned common spaces, ensuring they are clean, orderly, and stocked with appropriate materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • At least two (2) years of related experience in customer service.
