The Job at a Glance

As the Marketing Coordinator you help Soda Health create an exceptional experience for our members by creating and managing collateral and communications journeys. You will bring your project management, organization, and creative skills to the team, ensuring that we speak to members clearly and effectively so they can get the most use out of their benefit dollars and manage their health. You will work on our marketing technology platform, managing member journeys, ensuring they get the right communication at the right moment in the right channel. You will constantly monitor performance and identify places, using data and insights, to make improvements. You are compassionate, creative, and love to learn.

What You'll Do

Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, no two days will look the same. Typical responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensure delivery of relevant communications at every consumer touch point to support customer objectives. This encompasses managing consumer-facing journeys and related collateral through available delivery channels.
  • Lead the development of custom physical materials and execution of templatized physical materials by client, including design, copy, production criteria, and client approvals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, product development, and the customer service team, to align member experience efforts with business goals and objectives. You will liaise with the implementation team on bank review. You will ensure all clients' brand standards are met.
  • You will ensure all intake, briefing, and kickoff documents are complete and accurate so that teams can operate at their best and rework is reduced.
  • You will write copy for email and SMS that is clear, compelling, and engaging
  • You will be a valuable member of the Member Experience team, ensuring a cohesive and delightful end-to-end experience across all member touchpoints.
  • You will lead materials review processes to ensure all feedback is gathered and relevant changes are made. You will manage version control and finalization.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience

  • 2+ years experience working in CRM or marketing engagement platforms in a B2C healthcare, financial services, hospitality or retail environment. Experience within highly regulated environments will provide you with a distinct advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field is required.
  • Hands on keyboard experience in iterable or braze is a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Occasional travel may be required from time to time as part of the role, for company events and business needs.
  • Soda Health is a remote-first, distributed workforce. Candidates should be comfortable with, and equipped to work within, a distributed remote team, including having reliable internet access and basic home office equipment. Soda Health will provide a work laptop, and mouse/keyboard upon request.
