Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Organization and Management: Upload, organize, tag, and maintain digital assets, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Asset Cataloging and Metadata Management: Maintain metadata schemas and tagging systems to accurately describe and categorize digital assets.
  • Transfer & Archive Assets: Review assets on legacy DAM with marketing managers to determine what needs to be archived and which assets should move over to Marcom Central.
  • Access Control: Implement access controls and permissions to ensure authorized users can access and upload sensitive or proprietary assets.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the DAM system and adhere to best practices for managing digital assets.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Run reports, analyze usage/download patterns, and make recommendations for assets to be retired.
  • Asset Governance: Perform bi-annual audits of collateral to ensure they are up to date and maintained.
  • Asset Setup and Print Coordination: Set up assets/collateral, including converting files to Fusion Pro and sending assets to printer for project ID.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing organization or creative agency.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, content management, and/or marketing workflow systems/platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities.
  • Adept in managing multiple stakeholder priorities and follow through.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and understands the importance of taxonomy and tagging.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Basic understanding of creative process and print production.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar and comfortable with the use of marketing technology and tools.
  • Project management skills.
