Demand Generation Specialist
RxBenefits, Inc. is in search of a remote Demand Generation Specialist who merges technical expertise, innovative thinking, data analysis, and a results-oriented mindset to implement B2B marketing initiatives that foster our organization's growth. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, this role will oversee the comprehensive execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs, utilizing approved messaging and marketing materials to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside various marketing teams to synchronize campaign goals, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- SEO Strategy Implementation: Conduct and apply SEO analysis using tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Planner, and SEMrush to ensure campaigns and content are optimized for attracting and engaging target demographics.
- Project Coordination: Oversee demand generation projects and manage task coordination from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-scope execution (including campaign scheduling, calendar oversight, and project management via Asana).
- Campaign Deployment: Execute integrated B2B demand generation campaigns, created in collaboration with vertical marketing and demand generation leaders, across diverse channels including organic and paid search, content marketing, email, direct mail, social media, digital advertising, content syndication, webinars, and events.
- Lead Nurturing Strategies: Develop and implement lead nurturing initiatives to guide leads through the sales funnel, foster existing prospect and customer relationships, and encourage renewals.
- Product Upselling Initiatives: Design and manage campaigns aimed at promoting product upsells to enhance client profitability and create retention barriers.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, report, and evaluate campaign performance metrics, generating insights to assess effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in executing B2B marketing campaigns.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in managing SEO research and strategies.
- Demonstrated success in running digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation metrics such as CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.; ability to utilize data for performance optimization.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; project-oriented with meticulous attention to detail; proven capability to motivate team members to meet deadlines.
- Strong writing and grammar skills, capable of crafting compelling copy and headlines for various audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable navigating Salesforce CRM, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar Marketing Automation Platforms.
- A proactive attitude, eager to enhance existing skills and solve problems effectively.
