Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete delivery process (from inception to market launch) of cross-functional programs that encompass Product & Engineering, Finance, GCO, and B2B Excellence.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders for each program while managing their expectations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define project scope, break down tasks, sequence activities, and develop a comprehensive delivery plan.
- Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and issues, while validating planning assumptions as they arise.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Establish and implement governance routines and practices to ensure program alignment and progress.
- Set up the program structure and clarify roles and responsibilities to eliminate redundancy and ensure effective communication.
- Create and maintain project documentation and archives.
- Act as the planning lead for teams under your oversight, focusing on 90 and 180-day planning cycles as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program or Product Management within a professional technology organization, such as e-commerce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the travel industry is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing data to inform decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Collaborates with the organization to facilitate decision-making processes.
