Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of cross-functional initiatives from conception to market launch, collaborating with teams across Product & Engineering, Finance, GCO, and B2B Excellence.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders for each initiative, managing their expectations effectively.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to outline project scope, break down tasks, sequence activities, and formulate delivery plans.
- Manage inter-team dependencies, address risks and issues, and validate planning assumptions as they arise.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, both written and verbal, to keep them informed of progress.
- Establish and maintain governance routines to ensure the program remains on course.
- Organize the program structure, defining roles and responsibilities to streamline communication and prevent redundancy.
- Create and maintain project documentation and archives.
- Serve as the planning lead for teams under your purview, focusing on 90 and 180-day planning cycles as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program or Product Management within a technology-driven organization, such as e-commerce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
- Proven capability to navigate ambiguous project scopes and provide clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Collaborative mindset to facilitate organizational decision-making.
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility in your work environment.
Compensation:
The national annual base salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $170,000, depending on the complexity of the position and the candidate's relevant experience and skills.
In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for an Annual Incentive Award plan, rewarding participants based on both company and individual performance.
