Job Description

Overview:

The Senior HR Transformation Partner will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and leading transformational change across our organization. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to modernize and optimize our HR functions, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and design streamlined, scalable solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Governance: Seek out opportunities for consistency global with process and program offerings
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of agility and adaptability within HR and across the organization.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with HR Technology to evaluate HR technologies and tools, recommend enhancements or new systems, and support HRT implementation to drive automation and improve user experience.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize HR data analytics to provide insights that inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Partner with Learning & Development teams to ensure HR staff are equipped with necessary skills and competencies to support transformation efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in for HR transformation initiatives.
  • Communication: Ensure communication methods are effective and utilized throughout HR. Work with the Corporate Communication team to ensure compliance with all broadly communication material.

  • Change management expertise, including the ability to navigate resistance and foster a positive change culture.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR transformation roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
