About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Brooksource. As a key member of our Digital Platforms and Experience team, you will play a critical role in guiding our client through the integration of Adobe Experience Platform, driving business value through large digital transformational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Lead meetings and workshops, driving key decisions and solutions relevant to the overall marketing ecosystem, data, integrations, and activations.
  • Program Lead and Technical Lead: Implement Adobe Experience Platform and oversee technical delivery from strategy and roadmap planning to project mobilization and technical implementation.
  • Define and Implement Marketing Solutions: Deliver data-driven, personalized, one-to-one experiences, keeping informed of the latest technology trends and innovations across all digital capability areas.
  • Vendor Platforms and Technology Landscape: Provide points of view on vendor platforms and technology landscape to support transformation initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing Platform Strategies: Design and deliver digital marketing platform strategies and solutions leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform stack.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Interact confidently with senior executives at the C-level and VP-level, lead distributed onshore/offshore/nearshore teams, and develop digital marketing strategy and content strategy.
  • Discovery Workshops and Technology Roadmap: Conduct discovery workshops to define and consolidate business requirements, and layout a technology roadmap aligning business goals and needs.
  • Enterprise / Solution Architecture: Lead Enterprise / Solution Architecture services to solve customer problems, with knowledge and awareness of best practices and industry trends in areas such as omnichannel marketing and personalization.
  • Analytics and Customer Behavior Models: Deliver analytics and monitored customer behavior models to align business strategies, with strong knowledge in defining UI/UX strategy to customers.
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution: Excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent prior experience in software development systems.
  • Experience: 5-7 years' experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform stack as a Business Practitioner or Solution Architect, 5 years of experience developing and implementing marketing ecosystems with a specific focus on data and customer data platforms.
  • Vendor Products: 5 years of experience with one of the following vendor products - Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and/or B2C), and/or SAP Commerce Cloud (hybris).
  • Agile and SAFE: Agile and SAFE Product Owner and Scrum Team Leader experience, 5 years playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and meetings effectively, deliver constructive feedback, and manage and/or be managed by remote teams/offices.
  • Collaboration with Product Managers: Experience collaborating with Product Managers on technology roadmaps.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Has led more than one end-to-end implementation of the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack.
  • Functional and Technical Requirements: Experience identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements, identifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) and recommending overall solution design.
  • Adobe Cloud Services: Understanding of various Adobe cloud services which can be integrated with AEM.
  • Performance Optimization and Scalability: Experience with performance optimization and scalability in AEM / Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Integration with CRM, E-commerce, and Portals: Experience integrating the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack with CRM, E-commerce, and portals.
