Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Ensure the quality of all SDLC, project interim, and final deliverables associated with achieving new applications & business capabilities in the digital eCommerce and loyalty space.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Engineering associates, including goal setting, coaching, development plans, performance management, and rewards/recognition.
  • Application Management: Perform assessments of all new application requests, including leading solution concepting, software selection, informing business case creation, and leading development resourcing planning.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the operational health of a Portfolio of business applications, including stability, availability, performance, data integrity, business continuity, and security.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong working experience developing and implementing APIs,.NET applications, and frontend development languages such as Xaml, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern technology stacks and agile delivery models, with a demonstrated focus on customer-facing retail applications.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
