This position is designed to deliver comprehensive HR support to leaders, managers, and employees within various client groups. The individual will act as the primary HR representative, providing guidance on organizational and employee-related issues, coaching, and expertise in HR processes. The role involves interpreting both internal and external business challenges and recommending optimal practices to enhance products, processes, or services. Furthermore, this position will engage in HR Business Partnership activities focused on the people and change management aspects of HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner, developing and implementing organization-wide HR strategies that align structure, culture, and talent with business objectives.
  • Enhance expertise within the HR function, establishing a strong reputation within the organization and influencing policy delivery.
  • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity, presenting business solutions to leadership.
  • Exert significant influence over business units, ensuring alignment with functional policies and operational guidelines.
  • Guide teams in finding innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges, utilizing diverse internal and external resources for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to formulate and execute HR strategies that align with transformation goals, including staffing and cultural initiatives.
  • Oversee the Change Management workstream within HR Transformation, working with change champions to develop and assess change management strategies.
  • Mobilize talent to support HR transformation projects, ensuring resource needs are met effectively.
  • Lead specific transformation initiatives, communicating complex messages and negotiating internally to foster alignment.
  • Engage with HR leaders across the organization to ensure cohesive support for HR functions.
  • Participate in HR Transformation operating rhythms, providing updates on performance and fostering a culture of transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in progressive leadership roles
- Significant background in Human Resources, particularly in client-facing positions.

Compensation:
