Job Description:

This is an enterprise position responsible for providing program management of new build and acquisition activities in the Medical Groups. He/she will work in partnership with the department and leaders to ensure the advancement of growth initiatives, which includes acquisition, de novo build and expansion of existing operations. This position typically reports to the Enterprise Program Director of Acquisitions and New Builds.

Position Details:

This position is remote. There may be a need to travel less than 5-10% of the time.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for execution of prioritized Medical Group growth initiatives from planning through implementation and communicating across teams and regions.
  • Develop and maintain charters, workplans, timelines and other resources for medical group growth projects
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports and presentations, with demonstrated understanding of the information
  • Manage growth initiatives efficiently and effectively by ensuring strong project communication, status visibility, timely task completion and risk escalation.
  • Support Program Director and regional business owners to create contextual transition of strategic planning to operational execution and the development of best practices
  • Drive integrated support of system services execution teams including System Operations, EPMO, ITDS, Planning and Construction, Human Resources, etc.
  • Utilize a strong business acumen, effective communication and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and programs, of which three (3) years of experience in a medical group setting
  • Proficiency with basic word processing and presentation applications
  • Proven results managing multiple projects, programs, and budgets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in systems such as Excel and CI portal.
