Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for corporate and hourly positions, which includes job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events) to attract a diverse range of candidates for both corporate and hourly roles.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, evaluating candidates' qualifications, cultural compatibility, and alignment with the company's core values.
  • Establish and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies, especially for high-volume hourly positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements, formulate job descriptions, and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations throughout all recruitment activities, maintaining precise and comprehensive documentation of all candidate interactions.
  • Work in partnership with HR to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, particularly in hourly roles where swift integration is vital.
  • Assist in enhancing the company's brand and culture to draw in top talent, participating in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire) to continuously refine the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, proactively suggesting innovative strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on both corporate and hourly roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing methods, candidate evaluation, and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS Certified Recruiter).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
