- Candidate Experience: Develop hiring plans that cater to candidate needs throughout the recruitment process, enhancing their experience at every stage.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize knowledge of talent markets to identify and engage candidates for immediate and future needs.
- Candidate Assessment: Leverage assessment tools to evaluate candidates and ensure alignment with job criteria.
- Operational Compliance: Apply staffing policies and standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance and process optimization.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience or related industry experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting AI talent.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of talent acquisition experience or related industry experience.
- Master's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience or related industry experience.
Compensation: The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year, with variations based on specific work locations.
