  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize knowledge of talent markets to identify and engage candidates for immediate and future needs.
  • Candidate Assessment: Leverage assessment tools to evaluate candidates and ensure alignment with job criteria.
  • Operational Compliance: Apply staffing policies and standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance and process optimization.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience or related industry experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting AI talent.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of talent acquisition experience or related industry experience.
  • Master's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience or related industry experience.

Compensation: The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year, with variations based on specific work locations.
