Project Overview: The Defense Health Agency Contracting and acquisition support services encompass a variety of functions, including but not limited to: Program Management Office, Acquisition Workforce, Career Management, Acquisition Planning Support, Systems Engineering, Risk Management Internal Controls (RMIC), Acquisition Policy, Category Management, Services Requirements Review Board, Test and Evaluation, Cost Estimating, Lifecycle Logistics, Data Analytics and Metrics, Business Process Improvement, and Executive Support Office (ESO). These services involve acquisition and contract management, program management support, and other related tasks associated with the administration of awarded contracts.
Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall provide a contract manager responsible for overseeing the performance of the work. This individual must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline, along with extensive knowledge and understanding of contract management and program management. Essential qualifications include: a deep understanding of acquisition, procurement, and contract administration, as well as familiarity with the Integrated Acquisition Environment and DoD acquisition policies. The candidate should demonstrate progressively increasing responsibility in managing large-scale projects (exceeding $100M) and possess the capability to manage complex organizations across multiple geographic locations.
