Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for corporate and hourly positions, which includes job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events) to attract a varied pool of candidates for both corporate and hourly roles.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, evaluating candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies, particularly for high-volume hourly positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements, craft job descriptions, and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations throughout all recruitment activities. Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of all candidate interactions.
  • Work alongside HR to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, especially in hourly roles where rapid integration is vital.
  • Assist in promoting the company's brand and culture to draw in top talent. Engage in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to continually enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, proactively suggesting innovative strategies to attract premier talent.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on both corporate and hourly roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate evaluation, and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS Certified Recruiter).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
