Job Type: Full-time
In this role, you will:
- Manage daily accounting operations: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal control policies to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare and present financial statements: income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
- Implement and maintain financial systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a SaaS company.
- Experience in start-up environments and managing finances and cash in high-growth companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles and metrics.
- Excellent knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
