Position: CPA Audit Managers and Seniors

Burnett Search is representing a prominent International Accounting and Consulting Firm in search of proficient Audit Seniors and Audit Managers. The firm is well-regarded for its extensive global network and deep understanding of local, state, and national accounting issues.

Audit Seniors:

Preferred Knowledge: In-depth understanding of public accounting audit practices, U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and PCAOB standards. Strong capability in reviewing audit work reports generated by associates.

Preferred Skills: Demonstrated expertise in applicable accounting and reporting standards, experience in designing engagement procedures based on risk and materiality, and a professional approach to auditing services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years
  • Education: BA or BS in Accounting or a related business field (with requisite hours for CPA licensure)
  • Certification: Must have successfully completed the CPA exam

Manager Candidates:

We are looking for candidates who may be first-year or seasoned seniors, ideally with experience in software revenue recognition.

Preferred Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of SEC rules, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB regulations. Proven track record in advising clients on technical accounting and business matters.

Preferred Skills: Strong technical skills in accounting and reporting standards, demonstrated success in leading audit teams, and familiarity with challenges in the Technology sector.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years
  • Education: BA or BS in Accounting or a related business field (with requisite hours for CPA licensure)
