IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Responsible for daily cycle counts and physical inventory entries along with the reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Responsible for the entry of all finished goods inventory transactions and reconciliation when required.
  • Keep picking slips together in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Ability to use sound judgment in the analysis of data and circumstances surrounding entries or transactions.
  • Ability to understand and determine actions to be taken within the limits of accepted practices.
  • Ability to work accurately and with a sense of urgency
  • Able to effectively communicate with employees and Supervisors in Shipping and stockroom on routine matters.
  • Act with utmost integrity, professionalism and positive attitude.
  • Obey all safety rules and stop work if continuing is unsafe or will create an unsafe condition. Report all safety concerns immediately.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the lead or supervisor.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Over one (1) year up to and including three (3) years' experience in Data Entry.
  • Successful completion of Kelly Personnel Typing/Data Entry Assessment.
