Complies with all Credit Union rules and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC, and Loan and Fair Lending Policies.

Description:

This individual will provide support for other higher MSRs

Assists members with financial transactions, opening and closing accounts, and applying for and closing loans. Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Assists members in person, over the phone, through the internet and email, and through the mail/fax.

Identifies cross-sell opportunities and actively cross-sells products/services to members. Makes outbound calls as needed to meet sales goals.

Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. Follows all security and compliance policies and procedures.

Acts as liaison between members and various departments. Conducts thorough research to trouble-shoot member issues and questions. Follows through on research and provides resolution

to members within company standards.

Maintains member account information on computer system. Scans documents as required. Balances individual cash drawer, ATMs and overall branch in accordance with Credit Union policy.

Performs other job related duties as assigned.
