Your Role:

As a Member Services Representative, you will be the welcoming face of CHROME, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to members who value in-person interactions.

  • Warmly greet all CHROME members with a friendly demeanor
  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries while processing transactions
  • Inform members about CHROME's technological offerings, showcasing how our straightforward banking philosophy enhances our services
  • Identify opportunities to foster new relationships with CHROME members

Qualifications:

  • Physical ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs, such as a box of copy paper
