Member Service Representative - CHROME Federal Credit Union

Key Responsibilities:

This role serves as the primary point of contact for members who prefer in-person interactions with the Credit Union.

  • Welcome all CHROME members with a friendly demeanor
  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries while processing transactions
  • Inform members about CHROME's technological offerings, showcasing how our straightforward banking philosophy shapes our services
  • Identify opportunities to cultivate new member relationships

Qualifications:

  • Experience - Previous banking experience is preferred; cash handling experience is essential
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills - Proficiency in computer usage, including mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
  • Physical Requirements - Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs, such as a box of copy paper
