Key Responsibilities- Member Support: Provide timely and effective support to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, communicating benefits and promotions, and educating them about our mission and model.
- Project Management: Assist with various projects and initiatives, such as conducting member outreach, assisting with order placements, and updating databases and contact management systems.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience: Experience working with the education community, volunteers, and/or community service groups is encouraged.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Work from home (Monday, Thursday, Friday) and in our DC office (Tuesday, Wednesday).
