About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Member Services Coordinator to join our team at First Book. As a key member of our Member Services Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Provide timely and effective support to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, communicating benefits and promotions, and educating them about our mission and model.
  • Project Management: Assist with various projects and initiatives, such as conducting member outreach, assisting with order placements, and updating databases and contact management systems.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience: Experience working with the education community, volunteers, and/or community service groups is encouraged.
