Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking an OCONUS Deployment Coordinator in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule, administer and track all aspects of OCONUS deployments including any pre-mobilization training and requirements outlined by the requiring agency.
  • Aligns travel policies with organizational budget and specific travel needs. Manages compliance across departments (e.g., SOFA, TESA).
  • Maintains and builds strong relationships with travel vendors to facilitate seamless coordination and adherence to USG policies.
  • Reviews contracts to ensure they include necessary specifications for safe and efficient travel operations. Reporting related to personnel deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
  • 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
