We are seeking a Sr. Financial Services Specialist to play a key role in growing Lucid Financial Services' North American presence. This is a critical role that requires an attitude of ownership and customer service, exceptional organizational skills, and analytical skills. Knowledge of automotive financial products is highly desired.

As a Sr. Financial Services Specialist, you will champion Lucid Financial Services with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the customer financing process; resolve customer issues; and provide training and support to the Lucid sales, retail, and delivery teams. You will also prepare analyses to identify bottlenecks and obstacles to customers using Lucid Financial Services and plans to resolve those friction points.

You Will:

  • Work closely with the Lucid sales and delivery teams and our financing partners to identify and resolve individual customer financing issues
  • Ensure contracts are generated with accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the financing process and collaboratively design and implement solutions
  • Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues surrounding the financing process

You Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in auto finance (including leasing), automotive, customer service, or related field
  • Experience in automotive or automotive finance sales or operations preferred
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and work across functional areas
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work early, late, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to work extended hours for EOQ and as needed
  • BA/BS degree required
