In this role, you will provide technical support to our traders and management, ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to traders and management, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and assist in implementing security measures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems is a plus.
